Volunteers needed to help Architectural practice break the mould!

This new approach is unique to us and it's designed to give residential client's 'cost certainty' for both designing and building their project, right from the start. We believe that as we know what we're doing, we should be able to give fixed fees on the day of our meeting so that if we get it wrong its down to us.
The problem for us is that we can't experiment on a 'real' project with things like the design of the paperwork or even how we present ourselves because you never get a second chance at a first impression! Also when we come to promote the service we will need to have some examples to show people.
So what's involved if you volunteer??
- We will come to the property and go through our new service ideas with you to and ask for feedback.
- We'll look over the building to see what the opportunities are in the manner of our new service, discussing it with you and producing sketches etc.
- We'll take some photos and maybe some video too for us to use later for our promotional work.
- Using our standardised fee schedules, we will produce a quotation and ballpark construction budget while there with you. We'll seek feedback on this too, but obviously you won't have to pay us anything - unless you want to actually do the work!
- When selling in the home, we have to give a 14 day cooling off period. During this time we schedule the work into our system and produce a mini report that covers what your options are, what the work will involve and budgets for the actual construction provided by the contracting side of our company (www.bannerandstark.com) through which we can provide a Design & Build service.
- This is sent to you and as before we'll seek feedback on it.
All this is used for our promotional material and as our 'client' you can keep the documentation for future reference. Of course, if the project takes your fancy, you could have us actually do it for you too!
